Establish a baseline metric of adaptive capacity using the Adaptability Quotient assessment tool for your team or department
Design and delivery of a bespoke Adaptability training workshop, including a debrief of team results and design a roadmap that builds on identified strengths, and offers opportunities to address gaps

To deliver value and stay relevant, it’s important to deeply understand the needs, goals and experiences of important groups that your organization seeks to serve. When you need to step into the shoes of client groups, communities, key stakeholders, or internal employee groups, we collaborate with you to design and facilitate engaging and impact focus groups so we can map and articulate their journey with you.

Journey and Experience Mapping includes:

Collaborative design with the client as part of the journey and experience mapping process
Designing an experience - virtual, in-person, or hybrid - where participants feel welcome and safe to engage, interact, and share diverse perspectives
Mapping out the key themes, insight and feedback from the discussion visually using graphic recording, to provide a clear visual road map of the discussion
Incorporating a variety of collaboration tools to harvest the wisdom of all participants in the live session
Providing a high level summary, analysis and synthesis of feedback heard to the client.

As a visual facilitator, certified Adaptability Quotient coach, and trainer, Carolyn is known for her ability to make the invisible visible.
