Senior leaders carry a particular kind of pressure. The complexity doesn’t let up, the decisions keep coming, and finding the time to think clearly from any real altitude becomes harder the deeper you’re pulled into it. My work is about restoring that vantage point.
Most of the leaders I work with lead in mission-driven, publicly accountable organizations: health care, social and community services, higher education, government and government-adjacent agencies. They answer to boards, funders, and multiple stakeholders at once, in environments where the politics are real and the resources are public. Private-sector leaders navigating the same conditions are welcome here too.
The three offerings below are three ways to do that work, whether one-to-one, inside the environment where you lead, or with your team in the room.
The Adaptive Advantage™ is a sustained advisory partnership that gives senior leaders a confidential sounding board and trusted outside perspective as they navigate complexity, pressure, and the need for strategic clarity. Working from direct observation, adaptability assessments, regular advisory calls and even shadowing you in selected high-stakes meetings, we build the internal steadiness and systemic insight that allows you to lead from a clearer, more grounded place.
Executive Coaching is built on a single foundational premise: leadership develops from the inside out. Through structured one-to-one coaching anchored in the Coherent Leadership framework, we work to strengthen the quality of awareness you bring to your most important decisions, relationships, and challenges.
The result is a leader who thinks more clearly, holds priorities under pressure, and leads with conviction in the conditions they are actually in.
For more than 20 years I’ve been passionate about facilitating conversations, decoding and making sense of group dynamics, all with the aim of strengthening trust and collaboration between people so they can do great work together.
If you have a critical conversation on your calendar, whether it’s a strategy day, a planning table, or an offsite, my meeting design and facilitation skills give you the peace of mind to participate fully with your people, and build a sustainment path that delivers real impact, insight, and ROI.
