We offer executive coaching programs that lead to sustainable change. Coaching packages include an Adaptability Quotient assessment to set a baseline measurement, and nudge technology that supports effective new habit formation.

This coaching centers on three essential capacities that anchor leadership under sustained pressure: Grounded Confidence, Adaptive Resilience, and Aligned Action.

Grounded Confidence - The ability to lead with clarity and conviction when conditions are ambiguous. Decisions feel considered rather than reactive, and your presence communicates steadiness rather than strain.
Adaptive Resilience - Able to navigate uncertainty, respond to change, and deliver innovative solutions
Aligned Action - Create clear accountability and structures to ensure sustainable change and impact

What makes your coaching different?

Address the source, not just the symptom. Using an integrative and holistic approach, you’ll be guided to uncover and release the root causes of issues or beliefs that develop into blocks or self-doubt
Take a holistic and systemic approach. Coaching that doesn’t take into account the dynamic interactions you have with those you work and live with. There is a wealth of joy, frustration, and valuable insight when you get a clearer perspective on the big picture and how to more effectively operate within it.
Information without action is useless. I incorporate real-time behavior change sustainment tools to help my clients adopt the new habits needed to achieve their goals.
Create a safe space where you can be heard. Your agenda and needs are paramount. I meet you where you are with respect, deep listening and a sense of humor.
I roll up my sleeves with you. You’ll never hear me utter the standard coaching phrase, “If you did know the answer, what would it be?” If you do, I’ll give you a full refund! My approach is a blend of coaching, consulting, challenging you to expand your perspective, and celebrating your progress.

Navigate Change Leadership Coaching

The Navigate Change Coaching program is designed for emerging and established managers and team leaders, and senior organizational leaders who recognize they need to take their leadership skills up a notch so they can truly unleash the full potential of their teams to innovate, adapt, and drive performance.

Typical coaching goals areas include:

Be more adaptable and resilient in the face of change
Improve decision-making and priority setting
Strengthen communication skills, including giving and receiving feedback
Have greater confidence to lead individuals and teams
Be better able to successfully meet work and life priorities, without burnout
Design and use systems to improve productivity and efficiency

The program includes an Adaptability Quotient (AQai) assessment and report; a comprehensive Coaching Objectives self-assessment questionnaire; two 90-minute debriefing and discovery sessions to review results and create an initial action plan; bi-monthly 50-minute coaching sessions; habit sustainment online tool access; email support.

The program is available for both a 6-month and a 12-month term.

She brings over 25 years of experience working with clients from a wide range of industries facing disruptive change, including the financial, insurance, pharmaceutical, municipal, and not-for-profit sectors. As a visual facilitator, certified Adaptability Quotient coach, and trainer, Carolyn is known for her ability to make the invisible visible.
