Executive Advisory Partnership for Senior Leaders Navigating Sustained Change
Senior leaders today are expected to anticipate what’s coming, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and ensure their organizations respond effectively as conditions shift. That’s a tall order — especially when pressure is constant and the consequences extend well beyond the moment.
The Adaptive Advantage™ is my core executive advisory partnership for senior leaders operating in sustained complexity and change.

It is a customized partnership that gives leaders a trusted, external sounding board — someone who brings perspective, surfaces blind spots, and strengthens deliberate decision-making when conditions are demanding.
Rather than offering a standard program or one-size-fits-all approach, the Adaptive Advantage™ is shaped around the leader’s context, priorities, and the realities of the system they are leading.
At its core, the Adaptive Advantage™ strengthens how leaders think, decide, and lead over time — particularly when priorities are shifting, information is incomplete, and the right path isn’t obvious.
It provides an objective external lens at moments when it’s difficult to step back and regain perspective. I help leaders make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, examine assumptions, and work through consequential choices before they are finalized.
For many leaders, simply having an experienced, objective partner to think alongside brings real relief. It improves the quality of decisions and the way those decisions land across the organization.
In practice, leaders experience:
As leaders build steadiness under pressure, teams respond rather than react — resulting in stronger alignment, more consistent execution, and deeper adaptability over time.
As the partnership unfolds, I adapt my support to what is most needed — whether that’s working through a difficult decision, preparing for a high-stakes conversation, or stepping back to interpret what is actually unfolding within the system.
Most leadership and change initiatives are structured as programs — something to be delivered or rolled out.
The Adaptive Advantage™ is different. It is a sustained advisory relationship built around real decisions as they unfold.
The value is not in curriculum. It lies in having a thoughtful, external advisor alongside you — someone who helps you see around corners, surface blind spots, and work through consequential choices in real time.
Over time, the impact becomes visible: clearer priorities, steadier leadership presence, stronger follow-through, and teams that respond intentionally rather than reactively.
I bring more than 30 years of experience working with leaders and organizations across the public, private, and non-profit sectors — often in periods of significant change, uncertainty, or transition.
I hold a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and am a certified Adaptability Quotient practitioner, bringing a systems-informed lens to how leaders respond to complexity and change.
My role is not to tell leaders what to do, but to help them distinguish what truly matters, see with greater precision, and trust their judgment — especially when the stakes are high.
This combination of strategic depth, systems perspective, and grounded coaching presence allows me to advise leaders in a way that is both practical and steadying, so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and grounded conviction.
If you are wondering whether this kind of partnership would be useful in your current situation, you are welcome to start a conversation.
While every engagement is tailored, the work begins with building a clear understanding of your current landscape.
This may include:
The purpose is not diagnosis for its own sake, but to ensure we are operating from a grounded, systemic view of what is influencing behaviour and outcomes.
Timing and Commitment
The Adaptive Advantage™ is typically structured as a minimum six-month partnership, allowing time to work through real decisions as they arise and build shifts that endure beyond a single initiative.
To ensure depth and continuity, I work with a small number of senior leaders at any given time.
The Adaptive Advantage™ is well suited to senior leaders who:
The partnership begins with understanding your context — not through lengthy assessments, but through focused conversation about what matters most right now.
Understanding key objectives and the decision pressures you face right now.
Examining organizational context, dynamics, and the landscape you operate within.
Targeted conversations with key stakeholders when additional perspective is needed.
